B14
The B14 model is a reliable and efficient mixer tap developed for bakeries requiring a capacity of up to approximately 25 litres per minute (at an inlet pressure of around 3 bar) as well as precise temperature control. It is designed for ease of use in daily production while delivering accurate dosing and stable temperature performance.
Simple and user-friendly
The B14 is very easy to operate. The desired water volume is set using a smooth keypad that is both hygienic and easy to clean. The temperature is adjusted manually using a control handle.
The displays clearly show:
- Set water volume
- Set temperature
- Any intermediate stops
- The current volume during dosing
Smart function for precise temperature control
The B14 is equipped with two outlets. The system first diverts cold water from the hot water line to the drain until the correct temperature is reached. The unit then automatically switches to the second outlet and releases water at the correct temperature into the mixture. This ensures a stable and accurate temperature from the very start.
Efficient dosing
With the automatic intermediate stop function, the water volume can be divided into two stages, making it possible to create a pre-mix.
The mixer tap also features a repeat function, allowing the most recently dosed volume to be repeated with a single button press.
In addition, the B14 can:
- Store up to 3 different water volumes
- Have an intermediate stop programmed into each preset
- Display error codes in the temperature display in the event of operational interruptions
